Founded in 1996, Dongguan City Sincere Nonwoven Co., Ltd. (Sincere) is a professional company engaging in development and application of non-woven fabrics and products, being located inside the Xixi Industrial Park in Liaobu Town, Dongguan City. As a private enterprise with general taxpayer qualification and member of the Spunbonded Branch of China Nonwovens and Industrial Textiles Association, Sincere has had our products certified by China Light Industry Products Quality Guarantee Centre and China International Green and Environmental Protection Centre, and all technical indexes meet the state standard. After several years' growth, Sincere has developed our business from non-woven production and sales to chain development of non-woven products. In 2005, a manufacturing factory was established with the purpose to engage in manufacturing a wide variety of bags and collectors. In 2006, the third spunbonded nonwoven production line was developed and commissioned. In the same year, Dongguan City Chengzhi- Trading Co., Ltd. was founded, being responsible for foreign trade. Up to now, a complete package of mature management and service systems has been established.
